These Terms govern your use of the Tapkard website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Products & Services

Tapkard offers premium NFC business cards and related digital profile services. As each card is customized to your requirements, product appearance may vary slightly based on the information and design provided by you.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, our team will contact you to collect your details and begin the design process.

Production starts only after your design has been approved.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• We accept prepaid orders only.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Customization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, logos, images, and contact details.

Tapkard is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted or approved by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Tapkard is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Replacements

As every Tapkard is custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted once production begins.

If you receive a damaged product or a card with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible products will be replaced in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Digital Profile

Every Tapkard includes access to a digital profile dashboard where you can update your information anytime.

Lifetime profile updates are included at no additional subscription cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, product designs, and branding are the property of Tapkard and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tapkard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
