As every Tapkard is custom-designed and personalized, please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Process

After you place your order:

  1. Our team will contact you to collect your details.

  2. We'll create your custom card design.

  3. You'll receive a design preview for approval.

  4. Once approved, your card will be manufactured and prepared for shipping.

2. Processing Time

Since each Tapkard is made to order, processing begins only after your design has been approved.

Production time may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.

3. Shipping

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

4. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier service. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Tapkard is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement if eligible.
