Thank you for shopping with Tapkard.

As every Tapkard is custom-designed and personalized, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Since each Tapkard is made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted once your order has been approved for production.

Replacements

If you receive:

  • A damaged product during delivery, or

  • A card with a manufacturing defect or non-functional NFC,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos/videos of the issue.

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is covered under our warranty.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Tapkard is unable to fulfill your order, or

  • A replacement cannot be provided for an eligible manufacturing defect.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the design process begins. Once your design has been approved and production has started, cancellations or refunds cannot be provided.

Payment Policy

All Tapkard orders are prepaid only. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
